Processing time
Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days once your board is available from stock. We don’t ship on weekends or holidays. You’ll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Accessories may have their own shipping rate. Your exact shipping cost always shows in the cart before checkout.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away at orders@kanukboardco.com if an item is defective or you received the wrong item, so we can sort it out.

Shipping Protection (optional, $20 per board)
You can add Shipping Protection in your cart before checkout.

• Covers damage caused during transit.
• If a protected board arrives damaged, you can choose a full refund or a replacement board sent at Kanuk Board Co.'s expense.
• Lost or stolen packages are not covered.
• Claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase by emailing orders@kanukboardco.com. Please include your order number and photos of the damage and packaging.

Orders without Shipping Protection are not covered for shipping-related damage, and Kanuk Board Co. is not responsible for damage caused during transit.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
