Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy:
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after boards are completed or available from stock inventory. Shipments are not made on weekends or holidays.
In periods of high order volume, processing and shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time for delivery during these periods. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you using the email or phone number provided at the time of purchase.
Shipment tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of pick up.
Damages
Kanuk Board Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials, photograph damage to packaging and products in question before filing a claim with carrier. Claims should be processed via the carriers website under their instruction.
