Shipping, pickup and duties FAQ
Short answer: we ship from Kelowna, BC to Canada, the US, Europe, the UK and parts of Asia. Shipping is charged per board: $79.99 CAD in Canada, $99 USD to the US, and $350 CAD to Europe, the UK and Asia. Or pick up free in Kelowna.
Where do you ship?
Canada, the United States, most of Europe (including the UK, Ireland, Switzerland and Norway), and parts of Asia: Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan and China.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is charged per board, so each board ships at the full rate.

Who pays duties and import taxes?
You do. Kanuk doesn't cover duties, import taxes or customs fees for any country. If your country charges them, they're paid by the buyer, separate from the shipping cost.
Can I pick up in Kelowna?
Yes, for free. Choose Local Pickup at checkout and we'll email you after your order to set a pickup time. Pickup is at 117-8750 Jim Bailey Crescent, Kelowna, BC.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. We don't ship on weekends or holidays. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Christmas delivery
Order by December 12 for delivery before Christmas.
What if my board arrives damaged?
Keep all the packaging, take photos of the damage, and file a claim with the shipping carrier. Email us at orders@kanukboardco.com and we'll help.
